This week in our class, we discussed graphics, their powers, and different methods of graphic design. One method that really stood out to me was using PowerPoint. I decided to use this software because it was something I already had on my laptop. I decided to recreate a painting of mine but making it more simplistic and digital, of course. I have attached both my creation of graphics from PowerPoint and the reference painting. I decided to create a graphic that was more like a digital drawing because I have never tried digital art before, in this style. I used to be into photography and film, so I am aware of how to use photoshop and lightroom, so I decided to try something new with PowerPoint. It really allowed me to experiment, and learn so many new functions of PowerPoint that I didn’t know existed!
